Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up Sana as a SAML 2.0 application on JumpCloud.
SSO configuration with JumpCloud
1. Select the SSO Applications tab, then select 'Custom Application' and click Next.
2. Select 'Manage Single Sign-on (SSO)' and choose Configure SSO with SAML.
3. Name the application accordingly and optionally add a logo or customize it. Click 'Save Application'.
4. Go to the SSO settings of your application and update the following fields:
IdP Entity ID - enter a unique Entity ID specific to your organization
SP Entity ID field - change to https://sample.sana.ai/x-realtime/auth/saml/metadata
Sign - change to Assertion and Response
Note: Replace the sample in the ACS URL and SP Entity ID with your actual Sana domain.
5. Add the following user attributes in the SSO configuration page. Please take note of the exact casing. It should be exactly the same as what can be seen below.

firstName
lastName
6. Copy the Metadata URL and share it to your Sana Integrations Specialist.
