Step-by-step guide on how to set up Sana in your JumpCloud IdP.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up Sana as a SAML 2.0 application on JumpCloud.

SSO configuration with JumpCloud

1. Select the SSO Applications tab, then select 'Custom Application' and click Next.


2. Select 'Manage Single Sign-on (SSO)' and choose Configure SSO with SAML.

3. Name the application accordingly and optionally add a logo or customize it. Click 'Save Application'.

4. Go to the SSO settings of your application.

IdP Entity ID - You can enter a unique Entity ID specific to your organization

ACS URL - https://sample.sana.ai/x-realtime/auth/saml/metadata

Note: Replace sample with your actual Sana domain

5. Add the following user attributes in the SSO configuration page. Please take note of the exact casing. It should be exactly the same as what can be seen below.

  • email

  • firstName

  • lastName

6. Copy the Metadata URL and share it to your Sana Integrations Specialist.
