If you have troubles joining a session or are disconnected during the session, please follow the troubleshoot guidelines. If none of this helps, Sana Live might be blocked by an internal firewall. If this happens, please contact your IT department to whitelist Sana. In the meantime, we recommend you to try the following:
Join from a different network - the firewall might be set on a network/router level so try a different wifi or join from a mobile hotspot.
If this does not work, check if you are connected to a VPN or have an ad-blocker and try to disable these during the session.
If neither of the above works, see if you can join from a different device. Sana Live is best experienced from desktop.
