Use this feature to set instructions that apply to every content creation request in your tenant.
What is this feature?
Admins can set platform-level content creation instructions for all content in their tenant. If a creator's request conflicts with these guidelines, Edit mode flags the conflict and offers alternative suggestions that align with your organization's rules.
Why use it?
Keep output aligned with brand guidelines, such as tone of voice, terminology, and product references.
Set alignment once, centrally, rather than relying on creators to apply guidelines manually.
Open content creation to more people while maintaining brand control.
Ensure consistency at scale, especially for large organizations with many contributors.
How to set up instructions
Navigate to Settings > General.
Go to Edit mode section.
Enter instructions in the Content creation guidelines text field.
Click Save.
Edit mode applies your guidelines to every content creation request automatically. No additional setup is required.
