FAQ

Who owns and controls the data for free accounts created in Sana Agents with company domains?

When an individual creates a free account using a company domain, that individual user is the data controller under the service agreement with Sana, not the company. Sana's obligations and agreements are with each individual user. This means the individual user maintains full control over any data they submit to the service. The company does not have authority over these accounts or their associated data.

Can our organization manage or delete employee accounts on Sana Agents free services?

No. Sana is not authorized to delete or manage free accounts or their associated data except upon direct instruction from the individual user who owns the account. Organizations cannot directly manage how their employees use Sana's free services. Any account management or data deletion must be requested by the individual account holder themselves. We recommend exercising control over employee use of Sana services through your internal organizational policies.

Note: Users are expressly prohibited under their service agreements from uploading materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Can I remove a Sana Agent from a meeting?

Yes, you can always remove a Sana Agent from a meeting. You can learn more about this here.
