With user impersonation, admins are able to impersonate their administered users from the Manage Users page and navigate the product as if they’re that user.

How to impersonate a user:
As an administrator, go to Manage > Users
Go to the three dots on the right of the administered user of your choice
A "Proceed with caution" box will show up.
Once you confirm "Impersonate user", you can now navigate the product as if you are that user
💡 The User impersonation feature is a powerful tool! We have put some measures in place to safeguard users.
To prevent impersonators from seeing content they should not see or from completing course content on behalf of other users, the following measures are in place:
You cannot impersonate users with a higher access level/role than your own.
Audit logs are updated to include information on whether an impersonator was involved when making a change.
Certain changes to the user’s settings or notifications configuration are blocked.
Impersonators are restricted from accessing the Learn and Edit pages of course content (and adding themselves as collaborators).
