Breakout rooms allow you to split your live session in to separate sessions. The faciliator can choose to split the participants of the live session into these separate sessions automatically or manually. The facilitator can switch between sessions at any time.
Set up a breakout session in Create
Go to Create > New live
Click on Add card and select the Breakout group card
Edit your preferred room size, the duration in minutes (optional) and add a topic (optional)
Set up a smart breakout room while in the session
You can create smart breakout rooms based on poll results. People who voted for the same option in the polls are sent to the same breakout room.
Go to Create > New live
Click on Add card and select the Poll card
Add your question and options
While in the session:
Display the poll card and let everyone make their choices
Click on the Breakout room button in the top of your screen
Change the Algorithm to "Based on polls"
Edit your preferred room size and the duration in minutes (optional)
