In self-paced courses in Sana, you can add a glossary – a list of key terms, abbreviations, and acronyms from your course made easily accessible to learners as they progress through the course.

Click the Aa icon in the sidebar to open the glossary, see below:

How do I add or edit a glossary?

To add a glossary item, open the course in the editing tool and:

  1. Go to the 3-dot menu in the top right

  2. Click Add glossary

  3. Select Add

  4. Enter the abbreviation or acronym on the left and the explanation on the right

  5. Select the tick icon

  6. Click Save

To edit, click the edit icon next to the glossary item:
