Linking in Sana allows you to direct your users to the right place, from one course or page to another. If you have information scattered around in different courses, or if you want to allow learners to quickly navigate between different pages in the same course.

How to create links in Sana
To create a link to another Sana course, or to a page in the same course that you are working on, simply press the @ key on your keyboard.
This will present you with a dropdown menu.
Under the first heading βIn This Documentβ, you will find all pages in the course that you are currently editing. Use these to allow the learner to easily navigate between pages in the same course.
Scrolling down, you will find the βDocumentsβ heading. Under these heading you will find other courses in Sana. Use these to allow your learner to easily navigate between courses.
What about access rights?
Remember that the learner needs to have access to the course they are being linked to in order to view it. If the learner does not have access, they will see the below text instead of the name of the linked course:
