Translate emails and metadata in Programs for global learners
Program translations allow you to deliver your programs in multiple languages so learners receive communications and view all UI in their preferred language.

With program metadata translations, you can:
Localize all program metadata from one place
For each program, you can add translated versions of the Program title, description, section titles/descriptions, subject line, and Program emails in the languages you support.Scale global programs consistently
You can run a single program while serving localized communications to different audiences, reducing the need to duplicate programs by language.Match each learner’s language preference
Once translations are created and published, learners automatically receive program metadata in their preferred language.
How it works
1. Open the program settings
Go to the program you want to localize and open its settings.
2. Click on Translations > Start Translating
Choose the language/s you want to translate to, and confirm the original language. Add/adjust any key terms if needed, then click Translate.
3. Once the translation is ready, you can review and manually adjust any part if needed. Then, click publish.

If a translation exists in that language, the localized program is sent

When can learner view localized program?
Localized program metadata will be shown in learner views if there is a translation for their preferred language.
How can I update the translation with new content?
Whenever you add a section or an email to your program, simply click on the language settings to update the translations available.
Can I removed a translation?
Yes, you can both update and delete translation by clicking on the three dots next to the language name in the translation section in settings.
