Which browsers do you support?

We fully support Chrome and Edge with Chrome usually providing the best experience. Safari and Firefox are also supported

Which languages do you support in Sana's UI?

We currently support 17 languages total, by default you have English and Swedish enabled, to add more please contact your CSM.

How can your AI work without any interaction data from my users?

Our AI models are trained on large amounts of data, which allows them to be applied effectively to new users on Sana. When a user interacts with Sana, the models adapt and change to suit that particular user's needs and preferences, even without prior interaction data from them. This initial training ensures that the AI can provide a valuable and personalized experience from the start.

Can I use your adaptive engine without migrating the course to be hosted on Sana?

No, in order for the algorithms and analytics to work, the course needs to live on Sana.

Do I get a certificate for completing a course?

On Sana, there are some courses that offer certificates upon reaching completion. However, it does not apply to all courses.

Can I get my certificate in another language than the language of my course?

Certificates are issued in the language that they they are created.

I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

If you have forgotten your password don't worry! Just click 'Forgot your password' on the login page.

How is my data handled and stored?

Do you support xAPI?

We have built the foundation to support xAPI. In terms of configuration, it will be done on a per-client basis in accordance with how xAPI works.

How can I access more courses?

We're happy you are eager to learn! The courses available to you are assigned by your organization. If you wish to access more courses, we suggest you contact the learning department of your company.
